Our reference associates are ready to answer your call. Factual questions, and information about library programs, services, and collections can usually be answered by telephone. You can reach a reference desk representative at 457-0310. Select option 2 in the voice menu for the adult services desk, an option 3 for the chldren's room desk during regular library hours .
You can E-mail your question using this convenient form. We usually respond to E-mail questions within 24 hours.

Connect with a librarian via "live chat" to ask questions and get answers in real time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As a member of the Onondaga County Public Library System, Liverpool Public Library can offer its patrons access to QuestionPoint, a worldwide, cooperative service. This is a global reference service so when you connect, you will often be chatting with a librarian from a facility other than Liverpool Public Library. Depending on the time of day, you might even be chatting with a librarian in another country.
