The most recent album by David Bowie, "Blackstar" was released on January 8, 2016. Per Billboard, it is already soaring towards the top of the charts in several countries. David Bowie will be missed by countless fans and admiring peers. His life can be celebrated in his music.

The library is now offering hoopla, a great new library app, to all residents with a Liverpool Public Library (LPL) card!
LPL cardholders now have easy access to an extensive catalog of movies, TV shows, music and audiobooks through our new hoopla service. Stream content through your computer or temporarily download it to your Android, iOS, or Kindle devices through the Hoopla app. It takes just a few moments to set up an account; all you need is your LPL card number, an email address and an Internet connection. Try it out!
