Good News for NOOK owners!
NOOK owners! It's easy to read eBooks from the Library!
Good news! If you have a NOOK Color, NOOK Tablet, NOOK HD, or NOOK HD+, you can now visit the Barnes & Noble website and install the 3M Cloud app and the OverDrive Media Console app on your NOOK. You no longer need to connect your NOOK to a computer to download library eBooks. Select and check out your 3M Cloud or OverDriveeBooks from anywhere, even in the library!

The NOOK Simple Touch and the NOOK 1st Edition can also be used to read eBooks from the library, but you will need to use a computer and USB cable to get library e-Books onto your device.
WiFi at the Library Upgraded
Our WiFi inside the library has been upgraded!
LPL Public Wireless is the WiFi network name.
You do not need a password to get on the network, although you do have to agree to the terms and conditions the first time you sign on each day.
LPL Public Wireless WiFi is available when the library is open.
Book Club in a Bag
It's in the bag--all the ingredients you need to whip up a great discussion for your book group!
From The Beginner's Goodbye by Anne Tyler to Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World that Can't Stop Talking, by Susan Cain, we've selected an array of thought-provoking fiction and nonfiction works that will get people talking.
Each bag includes 12 paperback copies of a single title, an author biography and interview, a list of discussion questions, and other materials that can be checked out for six weeks.

What fun activity uses multi-million dollar satellites to find Tupperware in the woods? Geocaching! Now you can get out and try geocaching around Onondaga Lake Park with one of the library's new OnSafari Geocaching Kits. In addition, the library has hidden five caches in Onondaga Lake Park. If you already have your own GPS - more information on the caches can be found at geocaching.com. Enter the Liverpool zip code (13088) in the search field and look for the OnSafari with Liverpool Library caches.
