March 2 is Library Advocacy Day
What do you like about the Liverpool Public Library? Do you have a story of a time the library has helped you? Are you a #LibraryChampion and proud of it?
Here’s the chance for you to show you care.
Wednesday, March 2, has been set aside by the New York Library Association (NYLA) as this year’s day to show you’re a #LibraryAdvocate to state representatives. We can use your help to spread the word for your Liverpool Public Library and libraries across the state on Library Advocacy Day 2022 (#LAD22).
We’ve put more details, including how to take these actions, on our website Library Advocacy Day page.
Read more about what you can do to support your library for Library Advocacy Day in this week's community LPL column for Eagle News Online/Star Review.
