Community Engagement

LPL2Go: We can bring the library to you!

The library can bring a variety of mobile programs to your school, daycare, retirement communities or organizations located within the Liverpool Central School District.

Below are some examples of activities and programs that can be requested during a group visit:

  • Book Talks: Short introductions to a variety of age-appropriate books.
  • Computer Coding: Introductory coding for kids or adults!
  • Library Basics: How to access the library’s catalog, download eBooks, use library electronic resources, stream free music and movies, get a library card, etc.
  • Liverpool Legends: a DVD series about local history.
  • Story Times: Available in a variety of formats.
  • …and so much more! For an example of our programs, see our Calendar of Events.

1BookBikeCartInstaBring the Library to your next event!

We love attending local events and fairs. We can bring our book van or set up a table with library information, card sign-ups, and items to check out.

Please submit an Outreach Request Form at least 30 days before your event if you would like the Liverpool Public Library to attend.
