As of May 27, the CDC no longer recommends masks indoors for Onondaga County. The Liverpool Public Library will continue to provide masks to patrons who request them.
As of Feb. 9, the mask mandate in New York State has been lifted. As of Feb. 27, the CDC said healthy individuals can choose not to wear masks indoors in counties that meet certain standards.
Patrons are welcome to wear a mask while visiting our facilities, should they choose. The Liverpool Public Library will continue to follow guidance of the CDC, NYS and Onondaga County Executive regarding mask use and social distancing.
As we continue to receive updates regarding COVID-19, any changes to our program schedule will be listed on our events calendar. For the latest program information, as well as a program point of contact, please view your program in our events calendar.
LPL will continue to service all our community members, no matter their vaccination status, by:
• Continuing curbside service for patrons who prefer or cannot enter the library
• Maintaining capacity limits if needed, monitored through our occupancy counter
• Continuing to provide virtual events and programs
• Providing outdoor programs where possible
