Families Can Learn about Impact of Alzheimer's Together at Saturday, Nov. 12 Story Time

At Let's Learn! About Alzheimer's Disease, LPL librarians and representatives from the Alzheimer's Association, Central New York chapter will collaborate for a session to help children and their families learn how to better communicate about how the illness affects people they love.

That 10 a.m. session on Saturday, Nov. 12, will be followed by Understanding Alzheimer's and Dementia, for adults in the Sargent Meeting Room, while children remain in the Carman Room for crafts and brain-building activities.

That's the subject of this week's community library column for the Eagle News Online/Star Review.
