Passport Applications
As of August 2025, the Liverpool Public Library is no longer processing passport applications. We apologize for the inconvenience, but there are a number of local agencies that are still offering these services.
The Onondaga County Clerk’s Office (315-435-2235) in downtown Syracuse offers passport services. Their website can be reached at https://onondaga.gov/clerk/departments/passports/.

If you need a passport renewal, it may be possible to do it online at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/have-passport/renew-online.html. Agents are not required for renewals on passports printed within the last 15 years.
