Liverpool Public Library is part of the Onondaga County Public Library System (OCPL), a federated library system of 32 public libraries throughout Onondaga County. We work together to provide the best possible services to the residents of our region. Our mission is to prepare our community for a bright future by creating opportunities, empowering people, and inspiring ideas. The impacts of our member libraries can be life-changing. Our region boasts 250,000 plus library card holders. This represents 54% of the population. Each year, community members visit our libraries more than 3 million times to enrich their quality of life. OCPL member libraries are passionate about their work, and in return, community members gain significant cost-saving services. It is a relationship demonstrating the essence of community partnership.
