Visit the Liverpool Public Library

The Liverpool Public Library is located at 310 Tulip St. in the village of Liverpool, N.Y. 

You can find us at the corner of Tulip and Second streets, directly across the street from Johnson Park.

Convenient free parking is available outside the library on both Tulip and Second streets.

Patrons can also access our underground parking garage with a turn from Tulip Street. An accessible elevator from the garage to the library lobby is available during open hours.
