FaxScan24 is a affordable and easy-to-use self-service fax and scan kiosk. fax machineYou can easily send faxes and email scanned documents using credit, debit or prepaid fax cards as payment. Just pick up the hand-set and a voice-automated service will give you step by step instructions.

The cost for the first page is $1.75 and subsequent pages are $1 each for the USA, Canada & Caribbean.

 For international FAX, it's $3.95 for the first page and $3.45 for each additional page.

MasterCard, Discover, VISA or American Express credit and debit cards are accepted. If you don't have a credit card, prepaid FAX cards are available at the Service Desk. The machine can not receive faxes.

Prepaid FAX cards are available at the Customer Service Desk in the following amounts (cost is per page):

1 page at $1.75
2 page at $2.75
3 page at $3.75
4 page at $4.75
5 page at $5.75
6 page at $6.75
18 pages at $10.75  

You can then manage your faxes by visiting FaxScan24 at faxscan24.com This site was designed to offer users more flexibility and convenience in managing their transactions. There are four "Buttons" which provide the following services:

Button 1: "Check Your Fax Status" allows customers to have access to their faxed document to check its status, resend it once for free to the same or a different fax number, or to resend their original fax to multiple fax numbers for only $1.25 for the first page and $.50 for each additional page.

Button 2 : "Check your Fax Card Balance and History" allows anyone to see the page balance on a fax card and when the card was used.

Button 3: "Send your Scanned Document to Email" allows users to scan their pages at the Library's FaxScan24 kiosk and then go to www.myfaxscan.com to complete the transaction. The user will be asked to identify their scan by entering the card number used for payment and their 10 digit phone number they were asked to enter at the kiosk. Once their scan has been identified, they can send it via email at no extra charge.

Button 4: "Send a Fax From Your Computer" allows anyone to fax a file from a library computer or their own computer for only $1.25 for the first page and $.50 for each additional page.

FaxScan24 is a third party service provider and has issued this statement:
Fax24 Servers are located in a datacenter that has been certified by an independent auditor to be SAS 70 Type II compliant. Data center facilities meet the highest standards in guaranteeing the safety and security of customer's data. Access into the Data Center is equipped with dual-factor biometric fingerprint scanner and access card system controls.The environment is monitored with video and motion sensors.Connection between client's browser and website is secured with 128-bit encryption AES_128_CBC with SHA1 for message authentication and RSA as key exchange mechanism.
